Project Delivery Services
Voiceoutsourcing applies a formal project management methodology to the delivery of all projects. Our project management methodology is summarised below.
System are typically sold with a support contract covering 24/7 support support services for one year. For clients requiring 8 am to 4 pm business hour support this can be provided. Support includes onsite support service as well as access to email support.
All clients have access to our 24*7 emergency hotline with SLA (30 min telephone response, 2 hr on site for POS ) which will route the call directly to an on call engineer. An escalation path is also provided for when response time exceeds contracted SLA.
For clients without 24/7 support, emergency callouts will incur charges as applicable hourly rates.
For customers without support contracts applicable hourly rates will apply , there is no guaranteed SLA.
Vol provides warranties on all equipment sold. Extended warranties eg 3-5 years can be purchased upfront on certain items and this is normally recommended. We provides warranties up to 5 years on our range of XORCOM IP-PBXs.
Support contracts can also include automatic warranty extension on renewal.
